Instructions For Using Training

To access the training, visit it here.

  1. To logon choose New User if you are a first time user, otherwise choose Returning User.
  2. If you are a New User you will need to think of a USER ID and password. Both must be at least 6 characters long. Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to write down your USER ID and password because you will need them again if you return later to the system. The USER ID you select will be printed on your certificate of completion when the training is complete. We strongly recommend using a unique ID such as your seaman's book number, driver's license number, etc.
  3. To logon, first enter your USER ID, password and other information as requested.
  4. Once you have logged in, you will need to add training into your curriculum. You will be provided a license key for each training that has been purchased. When you enter the license key you will see a training module appear on a curriculum list box on the right.
  5. If you want to add another training click 'Add Training to Curriculum' and repeat the process with a 2nd license key.
  6. After completing your curriculum you are ready to take training.
  7. To start the training click on the training from the list of trainings on your curriculum list.
  8. You may exit at any point. When you login again to the system it will remember where you left off so you can pickup beginning with the screen from which you exited.
